We want to make this easy for you so we provide several ways you can receive or gift your parcel.
PARCEL PICK UP & DELIVERY OPTIONS
Pick up – Free! – We have two locations in Winnipeg, (St.James and the North End), and one in Gimli where parcels can be picked up free of charge. After you complete your order a schedule of times and dates for pick-up availability will be emailed to you.
Delivery - $5 – We offer delivery within the perimeter of Winnipeg on specified days and times for $5 or a shot of Fireball. Order more than one box and the delivery fee is on us.
Snail Mail - We are happy to ship boxes locally and within Canada for the cost of shipping calculated by Canada Post or UPS. Cost will vary depending on the weight of the box. Options are available at check-out.

Delivery – Parcels will be delivered to the address which you provide. If someone is not home to receive your parcel we will leave it on the doorstep unless otherwise specified. We can't be held liable if someone snatches the beautifully wrapped parcel off of your step so please try to arrange delivery with us for when you or your lucky parcel recipient are home.
When will my parcel be available?
Availability depends on if your parcel is in stock or a pre-order for a parcel theme. If a parcel is in stock pick-up or delivery can usually be arranged in 1-2 days. If the parcel is a pre-order it will be available shortly after the posted stock date.
Do you offer corporate gifting solutions or large custom orders?
More parcels equal more local love! Email us to discuss your ideas and we're happy to help you take care of all your gifting needs.
What's your return policy?
All sales are final, (but don't worry the parcels are perfect).
How do you select your makers/products?
It takes a lot of wine and a lot of arguing to decide what goes into a parcel. We vet all of our makers to ensure that their products meet our unreasonably high standards and constantly research to find new local talent.
Can I include a gift message with my parcel?
A personal message is the best part of gifting! We include a blank card with each parcel and at checkout you have the option for us to write a gift message for you or receive the card blank so that you can write on it yourself.
